“There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you, and there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself.”

In 5 days, both cars will emerge from the garage for a 90 minute trip for body work.  I'm apprehensive about moving them so far away but I realize that it's a necessary evil to get one car finished.  The timing couldn't be better-I have to order a dumpster to clear out the remnants of our recent home remodeling projects that are piling up in the garage, the back yard and the patio.  It's getting hard to move around in the rooms as we shuffle things from one room to another.  The dumpster can't arrive until the cars are out of the garage.

I took a small break from all of the cramming for the APICS CSCP test but I will have to get back on that in the next week.  Once the cars are off to the farm for work and the house projects are in a 'better place' (notice I didn't say 'finished'?), I should be able to study without constantly thinking about what's going on with the house or the car or...

I'm on parts purchase hiatus, although I have a few transactions/trades in the pipeline that will wrap up in the next month or two.  I'm saving my money and time for the Classic in June in the hope that I'm going to find what I'm seeking.

More tumbleweeds blowing in the wind for now...

  1. Are you coming for the whole weekend in June? We'll be having our Open House and BBQ on Saturday here at iSP. There's also a Type 3 cruise to the Classic, so maybe you can hop in a Type 3 for the ride.
