Remember this car?  It was $4500 on The Samba-right after I bought the rust box from NY.

Oddly enough, while at the Classic, I met the guy who bought it.  His name is Charlie.  We chatted about ignitions, electrical gremlins, body parts and various sources for parts...I sold the ruby red hood beak seal to him for this car.  I figured that if I couldn't have the car, I might as well help the guy who got it.

It sounds like he's going to do right by the car and that's good to hear.  I hope to see it next year at the Classic-clean and running.

A hell of a deal on a nice car...
