Just ended the call with the fabrication shop...a time of year that's typically very slow has brought a bounty of work to the shop. I missed the last window because I wasn't ready. Now I have to wait until the middle or end of December (maybe January) to get the car moved to the shop for work.
Well...shit...that didn't go as I thought it would.
I'll regroup and work out a new plan to get things done while I wait for an opening at the shop. I guess the 'up' side is that the kick panel braces should be here so I can take all of the parts up at one time.
I could always take the next batch of parts in for cleaning and/or powder coating.
The train may have left me at the station but I'm certainly not going to wait around for the next one.
It's frustrating..second thing I've missed in the last week due to shit timing.
