I found an elusive piece of engine tin for the ignition wires in the classifieds-just have to pop the plastic wire holders out and fix a minor bend and have it painted. I think I'm missing one piece of the overall tin now. Getting close.
The parts arrived from Germany. I was pretty excited about the box so I went to the post office this morning on the way to work and picked it up. I wound up being late to work by 5 minutes because they couldn't find the box. Apparently the box was put in "C" and my last name begins with an "L". Fortunately, my letter carrier was there and he's delivered several of these boxes so he knew what to look for (decals, box type) and found it right away.
Another set of perfect chrome interior door handles.
Accelerator cable grommet. I have a few repops of this part but it's nice to have original parts too. I bought two and sold one.
The little rubber ring inside the engine bay for the OE oil filler tube. These usually survive because they're exposed to oil but all three I'd kept were hard and cracked. Bought two, sold one.
The two photos above are NOS replacements for the two photos below.
Kick panel tower braces. Mine are rather rusted out at the pan side. The three feet that are welded to the pan are pretty much gone.

Rubber buffer -Rear view mirror, Inner to Ch. No. 365 220 883
These are hard as hell to find-a small detail that most people over look. I'm all about the details so I bought the entire stock of them. It took me three years to find these. I may sell a few of them in the future.

Door lock, right
to Ch. No. 316 500 000
NOS door locks, still covered in wax/grease. For some reason, the left one is 30% more expensive than the right side. I now have two complete sets of these locks and that's enough for now.

Bushing - Seat back mounting
Not impossible to find but nice to have as it's a wear part. And I'm completely restoring my seats.

Rod - Throttle Flap

Connecting rod - thermostat
Two more thermostat parts that pretty much clean up my collection of this area. I have enough parts to build 4 or 5 thermostat systems-mostly with NOS or excellent condition parts.
I found the exterior mirrors, the emergency brake cables and the front hood pull cable-just waiting on a few more details before I finalize the destruction of my budget for 2012.
I think I've worked out a solution for the other source in Germany but I have to wait to be sure.
