The best part was retrieving this super nice NOS ignition column. And finding that it has the SWF paper still on the signal arm. This is, by far, the cleanest housing assembly I've seen in quite a long time.
I dropped off the correct fuel pump for the engine build, which is progressing nicely. After review, it turns out that the case didn't require an align bore, so it'll be about as stock as it can get once it's finished - no machining was required on the cases and the original heads are being rebuilt with new valves, springs and rockers.
