NOS parts

I found myself in search of the harder to find door parts...because you never know when a supply will dry up and leave you stranded.  Granted, a lot of these cars were made-and working for a company that sells engines/parts, I know a lot of parts were made to support the cars...but I also know that a lot of the parts never see the light of day.  They're either hoarded, used or discarded.  Volkswagen made over a million of these cars-and while a lot of them died an untimely death, there are still quite a few on the road.  Parts are scarce since no one is really making quality aftermarket parts for this small group of Volkswagens.

NOS Fresh air lever knobs...found these in Portugal while looking for door parts.  I've never seen another set in this condition.  I've seen a few sets that were 'reconditioned' but none that were NOS.  Maybe because I'm now in the middle of the country...

NOS door parts-hinge bolt covers and hinge covers.  Found in Portugal.  I have 1/2 of a second set of the hinge covers...just in case!

NOS ignition with keys and rear cover caps.  Found the ignition locally.  The cover caps are now repopped-these are NOS, found in Portugal.

NOS seat cable release covers...found in Belgium or Spain (I can't remember).

NOS high beam rebuild kit, NOS signal arm and contact plate.  The column is completely torn down for paint.  I'm going to rebuild it once I find the last missing piece for the wiring.

NOS seat release levers.  Found in Germany.  Tough to find until recently when a small group of them popped up for sale.

These are what I call the "Holy Grail" of T3 parts...they're rubber gaskets for the pop out windows.  I've owned over 20 T3s and have only ever seen a hand full of these parts-none of them in good condition.  They are one of the hardest parts to find in my experience.  No one has them, no one makes them and no one collected/hoarded them.  I have but these two broken examples...hoping to find a complete set for my car...
